摘要
目的:阐述软骨肉瘤典型影像学表现,提高对其诊断、鉴别诊断水平。方法:对20例手术病理证实的软骨肉瘤的CT、MRI表现进行分析。结果:CT很好的显示骨小梁和皮质骨侵犯,骨膜反应和基质的钙化、骨化。MRI很好的显示恶性肿瘤向骨外软组织内浸润范围,还可以显示骨皮质不规整和破坏。两者结合起来,可以提高对软骨肉瘤诊断正确率。
Objective To analyze the imaging features of chondrosarcoma , so as to improve diagnosis accuracy of the disease .Methods CT and MRI features of 20 cases of chondrosarcoma were analyzed in detail. All cases were proved by surgery and pathology. Results CT best demonstrates trabecular and cortical bone involvement,periosteal reaction and ma trix calcifications and ossifications. MRI perfectly shows the extraosseous spread of the malignant mass into the soft tissues. Moreover,MRI can show cortical irregularities and permeation.
