摘要
通过现状分析,国际物流人才存在数量和结构性的供求矛盾。建立学历教育、职业培训和职业资格认证相结合的H型人才培养模式,以满足国际物流发展对复合型专业人才的需求。
Contradictions of supply and demand of international logistics talents in terms of quantity and structure have been discovered in recent years. This thesis raises the establishment of the talents cultivation mode H, which is integrated by degree education, vocational training and vocational certification, to satisfy the demand of international logistics professional multi-talents.
