摘要
利用自制的阿达玛荧光显微镜对几种花粉的形态和荧光强度进行成像研究.通过对其透射光成像建立花粉的种属的鉴别方法,通过对其自发荧光的扣除和AO染色荧光成像建立花粉DNA含量的成像定量分析方法.
The shapes and fluorescence intensities of several kinds of pollen have been investigated by a self-made Hadmard transform fluorescence microscopy. Based on the transmission images of pollen, the identification method of different genus was established, and the quantification of DNA content in different pollen has been carried out by the intensity of AO-DNA fluorescence imaging and elimination of pollen's auto-fluorescence.
