摘要
转录因子在植物应答生物和非生物胁迫中起着重要作用.在胁迫环境下,植物中特定的转录因子与抗逆基因上游的顺式作用元件结合,从而特异性地调控该基因在植物体内的表达,提高植物对环境胁迫的适应能力.该文概述了植物抗胁迫相关的4类转录因子:MYB类转录因子、bZIP类转录因子、WRKY类转录因子和NAC类转录因子的结构特点、调控机制以及它们在植物耐逆基因工程中的研究进展.
Transcription factors play significant roles in plants response to biotic and abiotic stress. While in stress environment, specific transcription factors bind the cis-element of stress-related genes to especially regulate gene expression in plant, and finally enhance the adaption of plants to stress condition. Here we review four plant stress-related transcription factors: MYB, bZIP, WRKY and NAC in the construct property, regulation mechanism and the reserch progress in plant stress tolorance gene-engineering.
