感觉统合训练对孤独症儿童疗效影响的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨感觉统合训练对孤独症儿童的疗效。方法:对50名36岁的孤独症儿童进行6个月的感觉统合训练,在训练前、训练3个月和训练6个月后,分别采用孤独症儿童行为检查量表和感觉统合评定量表对孤独症儿童的临床症状和感觉统合失调状况进行评估,并进行对比分析。结果:经6个月的感觉统合训练,孤独症儿童的前庭失衡、触觉过敏项有较好改善,本体感项次之,学习能力不足项较差;孤独症儿童语言、交往、感觉和躯体运动能力等障碍均有一定程度的改善,而对自理能力的改善较差。结论:感觉统合训练对治疗儿童孤独症有一定疗效。 objective: To investigate the effect of training in sensory integration in autistic children; Method: To select 50 autistic children as research object, and give them 3-6 months training in sensory integration, evaluating curative effects and sensory integration dysfunction with Autism Behavior Checklist and sensory integration test scales Before training, after 3 moths training and 6 months training. Results: Training in sensory integration could effectively improve the sensory integration dysfunction of Autistic children, it is better in Vestibular System and Tactile System than proprioceptive System, while it is worse in lesrning capability, training in sensory integration could improve, in some extent, autistic children's capability in term of language, communication, sensation and body movement, but less effects for self-care, conclusion: Training in sensory integration had some effects to the autistic children.
