摘要
本文以松口蘑菌丝体的干重为指标,研究了深层培养条件下松口蘑菌丝体对不同的碳源、氮源及无机盐种类和剂量的需求。结果表明,松口蘑菌丝体生长的最佳碳源为玉米粉,最佳氮源是豆饼粉。通过正交试验得出,松口蘑最适的菌丝体深层发酵培养基的组成为玉米粉2%,豆饼粉0.5%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO4.7H2O 0.05%。
The study on the demands of Tricholoma matsutake mycelium to the species and dosage of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources and inorganic salts under submerged culture condition was carried out by taking the dry weight of Trtcholoma matsutake mycelium as the index. The results showed that maize powder was the best carbon source, and soybean cake powder was the best nitrogen source. Through orthogonal test, an optimum formula for submerged fermentation medium of Tricholoma matsutake mycelium was proposed as follows: maize powder2%, soybean powder 0.5 %, KH2PO4 0.1%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%.
