摘要
以颗粒计数法为辅助监测手段,通过生产性试验对机械搅拌澄清池的运行参数进行了优化。研究表明,针对给水厂进水量存在变化的特点,根据沉后水浊度和颗粒粒径分布确定了不同水量条件下的最佳搅拌速率,提出了沉降比及排泥的控制参数。生产性运行表明,合理的参数选择不仅有利于保证澄清池出水水质的稳定,也能为水厂节能降耗。
In this article, the operational parameters of mechanically accelerated clarifier were optimized by full-scale experiments assisted with particle counter. The optimized agitation rates for different inlet flowrate could be determined by the turbidity and the total number and size distribution of particles in settled water. Operational parameters of settlement ratio and sludge discharge cycle were also optimized It was showed by the results that the application of proper parameters can guarantee the effluent quality and reduce the running costs of the waterworks.
