摘要
利用月季为材料,进行较大规模组培快繁技术研究,改进了表面灭菌,效果较好.MS+BA0.5诱导腋芽萌发成枝较好;MS+BA1.0+NAA0.1用于伊丽莎白及黄和平增殖较好,而MS+BA2+NAA0.1用于黄玫瑰增殖较好,萨蔓莎及维莎则用MS+BA3+NAA0.1较好;MS+BA0.1~0.2+NAA0.1用于各品种月季壮苗效果都理想;0.5MS+IBA0.2~0.5+活性炭5g/L能较好诱导各品种试管苗生根,但黄玫瑰用NAA0.2代替IBA效果更理想.本文还研究了培养基中替代物使用。
Seven varieties of- Rosa chinensis were used as materials to study the technique of rapid multiplication by tissue culture. We improved the method of surface sterilization and it's effect was better than ever. In our study,MS+BA0.5 is more adaptable to the growth of axillary bud , MS+BA1.5+NAA0.1 is more adaptable to shoot multilication of Elizabeth and Huang huo ping,MS+BA2+NAA0.1 is more adaptable to Yellow rose ,and MS+BA3+NAA0.1 is more adaptable to Samantha and weitha. MS+BA0.1~0.2+NAA0.1 is more adpaptable to making the shoot strong. Further more,#Owe have studied the usage of substitute in medium and expressed some viewpoints that is different from the previews.
