肾脏混合性上皮间质肿瘤一例及文献复习

摘要 肾脏混合性上皮间质肿瘤（mixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidney，MESTK）为发生于肾脏的良性肿瘤，自1998年Michal等首先报道并命名以来，国内、外文献陆续报道约50例。患者以女性居多，男性罕见。本文报道男性MESTK患者1例，对其临床、光学显微镜和免疫组织化学情况进行回顾性分析，并结合文献探讨其临床病理特征、组织来源、发病机制以及诊断和鉴别诊断。
