脑源性神经营养因子与临床疾病的新进展 被引量:4

摘要 神经营养因子是由机体产生,能促进神经细胞存活、生长和分化的一类多肽类或蛋白质因子,它不仅在发育过程中调节神经元的存活、激活酶的活性及发挥其生理功能,而且具有阻止成年神经元损伤后的死亡、促进神经元的修复和轴突再生、调节突触可塑性和神经递质传递等神经系统功能.神经营养素家族由神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经营养素(NT)-3、
