摘要
大坝建设对河流的流量及河道有明显的影响,河流流量及河道物理环境的改变进一步对河流生态系统中的水生生物、微生物等产生影响,进而对整个生态系统产生影响。对大坝建设生态环境影响的研究是随着大坝建设后生态问题凸显,以及相关研究方法、手段、技术不断发展而展开的新型研究。由于大坝建设对于生态环境的影响是一个长期的作用过程,其作用机制也是复杂多变的。因此,对于大坝生态环境影响的研究具有时间与空间上的局限性。但在已有大坝建设环境影响相关案例的基础上,对于大坝生态学的研究已初步形成了相应的体系。这一体系的初步构建,对于将大坝生态环境影响研究拓展到新的深度,起到了积极的作用。充分认识水电开发大坝建设带来的影响,是正确评价水电开发、合理进行水电开发规划和管理等的基础,也有利于水电事业及生态环境的可持续发展。
The construction of the dam have a obvious impacts on river's flow and watercourse, through such impacts, the dam construction impact the hydrophilic and microbe etc in river, then have function on the whole ecosystem. The progress of the ecological impacts of the dam's construction in foreign countries is developed with the ecological problem that caused by dam and the method, instnunent, technical's innovation. In the same time, the ecological impacts of the dam's construction are a long time's program and the mechanism of it is also complexity and levity. So the study of it has it's limits in time scale and space scale. But base on the research that have done, the study system of dam's ecological impact has formed. This form will promote the study of dam's ecological impact. Having a comprehensive understanding of the dam's impaction on rive is the base of hydropower exploitation and evaluation. Pay enough emphases on the ecological impacts of the dam's construction will benefit to the hydropower's sustainable development.
