摘要 裂缝一直以来是判断混凝土结构健康程度的重要标志,然而对于一些混凝土结构一定开度的裂缝对结构本身安全情况影响不大,但当裂缝继续开展到一定的程度时就要采取必要的措施进行维护.本文基于光纤宏弯曲损耗理论提出了一种大量程裂缝传感器,并介绍了裂缝感知原理,然后通过有机玻璃板模拟裂缝开展,验证了此传感器的可行性.最后,通过将此传感器埋入混凝土梁,对此传感器的实际应用能力进行了进一步的验证.实验表明,该传感器可对混凝土结构上大裂缝的开展情况进行持续性的监测. The health of concrete structures is usually reflected by cracking. For some structures, small cracks may have little influence on the safety of the structures.But maintenance measures have to be taken if the cracks continue to develop. A sensing fiber sensor with wide range was developed in this paper based on the theory of macro bending loss of fiber. The sensing concept was introduced and the feasibility of this sensor was studied by a cracking simulator. Finally, the sensor was embedded in a concrete beam and the actual application ability of it was studied. The experimental results showed that the sensor has a real-time monitoring capability in cracks monitoring.
