微生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选与絮凝条件 被引量:4

摘要 从活性污泥中分离出45株菌株,以发酵液对高岭土悬浮液絮凝效果为指标,筛选出1株高效絮凝剂产生菌,絮凝率达83.43%。该菌在实验室培养条件下,以pH值在7.0左右、温度在60℃左右时絮凝效果最好,少量的Ca2+可提高絮凝率;采用水提—丙酮沉淀—真空干燥的工艺,最终从发酵液中得到粗制干品。 A strain was isolated from activated sludge among 45 strains in accordance with the flocculating activity of fermentation liquors to Kaolin clay suspension, and its flocculating efficiency achieved 83.43%. Result shows that a good flocculation effect was found at the condition of 60 degrees C and pH 7.0. Adding a small amount of Ca^2+ to wastewater could also increase the flocculation ability. Dry products were obtained from culture broth by water extraction, acetone sediment and vacuum dry.
