摘要
针对高等教育管理体制改革对共建高校带来的影响,主要采用案例分析法进行研究,概括分析了共建高校——长春理工大学在发挥社会服务职能方面的实践和探索,指出共建高校在为地方(区域)经济建设和发展作贡献的同时,也要发挥传统优势,继续做好为原行业服务的工作。在做好服务地方经济发展和行业经济发展工作的同时,也能够实现共建高校自身更好、更快的发展。
This paper focuses on the research of co-constructing universities under the authorities of local government and the Ministry of Education as well as itself. This pattern of co-construction is regarded as a specialized one in higher educational institutions, The paper, in particular, takes the functions of social service in the co-construction as a special pattern. The reform on education administration has brought effect to this co-construction as seen in the practice and exploration Changchtm University of Science and Technology. The paper briefly analyzes this phenomenon with case-analyzed methods that show how Changchun University of Science and Technology realizes its contributions to the development of local economy. The university, at the same time, continues to play its role in a traditional way by serving its initial industry.
