摘要
在光子晶体光纤(PCF)拉丝实践基础上,分析了PCF预制棒在拉丝时的受力情况。其中对表面张力和黏滞力的影响进行了较详细的分析,讨论了加压拉丝工艺。对PCF预制棒结构设计、制作,以及拉丝工艺提出了一些建议。
The forces acting on PCF preform during its being drawn are analyzed based on the practice of PCF drawing. Of which the effect of surface tension and viscosity upon PCF preform is discussed in detail, and pressured drawing technology is discussed. Some suggestions about the structural design, fabrication, and drawing technology of PCF preform are given.
