摘要
以大豆豆渣为原料,对大豆总皂苷的提取分离方法进行研究。考察大豆皂苷的有机溶剂回流提取方法、索氏提取法、微波提取和超声提取方法对大豆皂苷提取率的影响,并对几种提取方法及提取方法的动力学特性进行对比,结果表明,有机溶剂提取法的提取率高,但实验步骤较多,有机溶剂用量相对较大、提取速率慢、时间较长;索氏提取的温度较高、提取时间长,且提取率较低;而微波和超声方法则相对简单些,其提取的提取率高、时间短、温度低、提取速率快。微波和超声技术用于天然产物生理活性成分的提取有其独特的优越性。
Using the waste residue of the soybeans as raw materials, the different extraction methods of soybean saponin were studied in this paper. The influences on extraction efficiency of soybean saponin by organic reagent method, Soxhlet extraction, microwave and Ultraviolet extraction method were experimented, and the different extraction methods of soybean saponin and a comparative experiment of extracting dynamic characteristics were presented. The result indicated that organic reagent method was higher extraction efficiency, but longer extraction time and more complicated operation steps;Soxhlet extraction has higher extraction temperature and lower extraction efficiency, the microwave and Ultraviolet extraction were less extraction resistance, higher extraction efficiency, lower extraction temperature, and saving- time. Therefore, the microwave and Ultraviolet technique have their unique superiority over conventional method in extracting biologically active component and specially function components from natural products.
