甲酸/盐酸体系水解麦草产生木糖的研究 被引量:2

Preparation of xylose from straw by formic/hydrochloric acid system hydrolysis

摘要 发现采用甲酸/盐酸水解体系能有效水解麦草中的半纤维素,含HCl 10%的水解体系在65℃水解麦草0.5h可实现麦草中聚戊糖的充分水解,木糖的得率达到98%。随着水解时间的增加,麦草中的纤维素开始水解为葡萄糖,而木糖继续降解,木糖在占总还原糖的百分比持续下降。水解后甲酸能清洁回收循环使用,并得到固体的可溶性糖产物。 It was found that straw hemicellulose could be hydrolyzed adequately when straw was retained in the system of formic acid/hydrochloric acid for 0.5 hour in the condition of 65℃ with 10% HCl contained in the system, and the yield of polypentose could achieve to 98%. As time of hydrolyzation went on, cellulose began to be hydrolyzed to glucose while xylose kept on decomposing. Xylose to reducing sugar ratio was decreasing. Formic acid could be cleanly recycled for using. The solid product of soluble sugars was obtained.
