摘要
采用商业超级电容器活性炭,制备了扣式双电层电容器,对其电极制备工艺进行了优化,实验表明:PTFE(质量分数)5%、乙炔黑(质量分数)5%、电极成型压力10MPa、电极载炭量13~26mg/cm2、KOH浓度6mol/L为最佳工艺;在此优化条件下制备的双电层电容器循环性能好,漏电流和自放电较小,大功率下比能量高于当前产品。实验还表明所用活性炭有较多微孔,以致大功率下材料利用率低,有待改善。
Button double-layer capacitors were prepared with industrialized supercapacitive activated carbon and the preparing technique was optimized. The results show: the optimum condition is that PTFE is 5%, acetylene black is 5%, molding pressure is 10 MPa, mass of carbon on the electrode is 13-26 mg/cm^2 and concentration of KOH is 6 mol/L. Under this condition, the cycle property is good, leakage current and self-discharge are small, and energy density is higher than current products at high power. The experiments also show the activated carbon we used has lots of micropores, so its utility ratio is low at high power density and it should be improved.
