超支化聚合物/环氧树脂体系的固化行为及性能 被引量:16

Curing Behaviors and Mechanical Performance of Hyperbranched Polymers/Epoxy Curing Systems

摘要 利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)法研究了脂肪族聚酯型超支化聚合物/环氧树脂/酸酐固化体系的固化反应,并研究了不同代数及含量超支化聚合物对固化产物力学性能的影响。结果表明,超支化聚合物的引入能促进体系中酸酐基团的开环并产生游离羧酸,从而对体系的固化反应产生促进作用。较低含量超支化聚合物的引入即能较好地改善固化产物的力学性能,其中第三代HBP含量为3%时,固化物的拉伸强度提高20.54%、冲击强度提高71.14%、断裂伸长率提高41.02%。 The curing reaction and the mechanical performance of Flyperbranched polymer(HBP)/ Epoxy/Anhydride curing systems were researched in this article. The characteristics of curing behaviors and the affection of content and generation of HBP on toughness and strength of curing systems were investigated too. The results show that the introduction of HBP into the Epoxy/ Anhydride curing system can accelerate the curing reactions. The mechanical performance of cured systems can be improved well with the introduction of low content HBP. When the content of G3-HBP in epoxy/anhydride curing system is 3%; the increases of tensile strength, elongation and impact strength of cured system are 20.54%,71.14% and 41.01% respectively.
