摘要
介绍了基于MATLAB/SIMULINK的ΣΔADC的行为级建模与仿真方法,通过该方法有效确定了系统结构及相关模块参数,然后在Cadence环境下对ΣΔ调制器进行了电路级验证。研究结果表明该方法是有效、可靠的,并且可以重复修改系统结构及相关参数,得到不同结构及参数对系统的影响。
The method of behavioral modeling and simulation of Sigma-Delta analog to digital converter were introduced based on MATLAB/SIMULINK. This method could confirm the structure of system and the performance target of each block. And then Sigma-Delta modulator was proved under Cadence. The result shows that this method is reliable and can obtain the impact of different structures and parameters on the system by changing systematic parameters repeatedly.
