摘要
目的:探讨乙酰紫草素注射液对小鼠Lewis肺癌的生长抑制作用。方法:建立C57BL/6小鼠lewis肺癌模型进行体内抗瘤实验并计算抑瘤率。结果:乙酰紫草素注射液高中低剂量组的抑瘤率分别为55.49%,45.25%和28.09%。结论:乙酰紫草素注射液能明显抑制小鼠Lewis肺癌的生长。
Objective： To investigate in vivo antitumor effects a of acetylshikonin injection on lung cancer. Methods： Lewis lung carcinoma （LLC） models were established in C57 BL/6 mice and treated with aeetylshikonin injection once two days for 10 days, and then the inhibitory rate of tumor growth was measured. Rusults：The inhibitory rates of acetylshikonin injection groups on mice LLC were 55.49 %, 45.25 % and 28. 09 % （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： acetylshikonin injection has significant inhibitory effects on the proliferation of LLC in vivo.
