摘要
显化耕地资源价值,有利于耕地保护与农业的可持续发展。本文以乌鲁木齐市为例,用CVM法对其耕地资源的非市场价值进行了探索性研究,结果表明:随着耕地保护意识的增强,乌鲁木齐市居民已经意识到耕地资源非市场价值的存在。
Revealing the value of cultivated land resource is beneficial to cultivated land resource protection and agricultural sustainable development . the paper, taking Urumqi city as an example, started from the basic concept of non - market value of cultivated land resource and the introductions of Contingent Value Method. Based on the result of survey, which aimed at finding out the residents and farmers willingness to pay （WTP） for protecting cultivated land in Urumqi by using CVM, We analyze and measure the non - market value of cultivated land resource.
