摘要
目的:为极点新的探析提供理论参考.方法:用文献资料法对经典极点理论进行剖析.结论:在某些项目中,极点可多次发生;肌肉组织清除乳酸能力的大小可能是决定极点出现时间和表现程度的一个因素,但不一定是主要因素;心理也是影响极点的因素.
Purpose： Offering the direction and thinking for further research on extreme. Method： the law of documents and materials, reasoning from logic. We analyzed the classical extreme theory. Conclusions： in some projects, extreme can take place many times. The removing ability of musculature＇ s acetic acid might determine when extreme appears and its degree. Psychology experience is an important factor that influencing extreme, too.
