肿瘤免疫治疗

摘要 肿瘤免疫治疗主要是通过抗原提呈细胞、免疫效应细胞、免疫负性调节通路、肿瘤来源免疫抑制分子等途径发挥作用,对延长肿瘤患者生存时间、提高生活质量有一定疗效。目前已有预防性癌症疫苗问世,同时大量的基础研究取得了令人瞩目的进展,尤其是对免疫监视、黏膜免疫等方面的进一步认识为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供了新的路径。 The immunotherapy against tumor acts through the antigen-presenting cells,immune effcctor cells, immune negative regulatory pathway, tumor-derived immune suppressive molecules and so on, contributing to the improvement of survivals and life qualities. Also the prophylactic cancer vaccine has been invented. Meanwhile, many basic studies have made remarkable progress. Especially the further knowledge of immunesurveillance and mucosal immunity provides new ways for immunotherapy.
