摘要
现行教学任务的实质是培养有理性的知识人,忽视了学生非智力因素的培养,忽视了学生主体性的培养,忽视了学生生命的存在及其意义,缺乏人文关怀。为此,应对传统教学任务的人文性缺失进行深刻反思,并在扬弃的基础上从实践和理论两个方面构建一种新的教学任务:培养生成的人。
The essence of today's teaching task is to cultivate learners to be rational and knowledgeable, but it neglects the cultivation of learners' non-intelligence factors, overlooks the character of learner-subject, ignores their life's existence and the meaning of the existence, and is lack of humanity care. So we should reflect the absence of humanity care in our traditional teaching task, and put forward a new teaching task : to cultivate emergent man.
