摘要
目的:对二丁酰环磷腺苷钙及其冻干粉针的高效液相色谱法测定含量进行研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。结果:回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.45%。结论:该方法精密度良好,重现性好,操作简便、快速,可很好地测定二丁酰环磷腺苷钙及冻干粉针的含量。
Objective： To study the quantitative determination of the calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate and lyophilized powder for injection using high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. Methods： Determined the content using HPLC. Results： The Recovery rate was 99.4%, RSD was 0.45%. Conclusion： HPLC is fine in precision, highly reproducible, ready to be used, instant. It may determine the content of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate and lyophilized powder for injection with high quality.
