介绍了物质激励和精神激励,结合各种激励理论,提出了物质激励和精神激励的连续统一体理论,并给企业的激励实践提出一些合理建议和措施。
This paper introduces the material motivation and spiritual motivation, and combining with dillerent kinds ot motivation theories, advances the. continuum theory of material motivation and spiritual motivation, and advances some reasonable suggestions and measures for the motivation practice of the enterprise.
