摘要
介绍了我国基础教育经费的现状,从教育公平的角度探讨了基础教育的内涵,分析了我国基础教育乱收费产生的根源,并提出了解决途径。
This paper introduces the present situation of Chinese elementary education fund, probes into the connotation of elementary education from the angle of educational equity, analyzes the foundation of the arbitrary charges of elementary education, and advances some solving ways.
