通过对隐性教育的理论、特征的阐述以及对图书馆教育特点和优势的总结,提出了图书馆实施隐性教育的意义和相关措施。
Through expounding the theory and feature of tacit education and summing up the features and advantages of library education, this paper advances the significance of and some measures for implementing the tacit education.
