摘要
以10份具有不同耐抽薹特性的大白菜种质资源为试材,通过提早播种和人工强制春化处理等方式对其抽薹开花期进行调控。结果表明,3种方法均有提早抽薹开花的效果,其中以人工低温早期处理法效果最显著,抽薹期和开花期平均分别提早26.1和26.9 d,但不同材料之间存在较大差异,对耐抽薹性强的白麻叶类型材料的影响效果略低于青麻叶类型材料。
Ten Chinese cabbage germplasms that have different late bolting character were used as materials, the bolting and blossoming stages were regulated by earlier sowing and artificial yarovization. The results showed that 3 methods all could accelerate bolting and blossoming. The effect of earlier artificial yarovization was the most notable, the bolting and blossoming stages were 26.1 and 26.9 d earlier than CK, but there was bigger differences among different late bolting materials. The effect on Baimaye type which was high tolerance to bolting was lower than Qingmaye type.
