摘要
近年来,中小企业已逐步成为我国技术创新的主体和生力军,国家从政策和财政多方面支持中小企业技术创新,以消除其长期面临的创新障碍。本研究通过对广东省清远市中小企业技术创新情况进行调查,分析中小企业在技术创新过程中面临的技术薄弱、人才缺乏、资金和信息不足四大障碍是否得到改善,还存在哪些问题,并针对性的提出对策,最后,根据调查结论和企业资源进一步提出了提高中小企业技术创新水平的新路经。
In recent years, small and medium- sized enterprises have become the majority and the reinforcements in technological innovation of China generally, The government supports the technological innovation of SMEs in policy and finance ,in order to eliminate the barriers to Innovation that they have faced to for a long time. Firstly, this research investigates the situation of technological innovation in SMEs in Qingy＇uan , Guangdong Province. Secondly, this research analyzes the four barriers including the weakness of technology, the lack of talent, the shortage of funds and the insuffieience of information , which SMEs encounter in the process of their technological innovation, also discusses other problems in SMEs ,and proposes the measures for solving these problems, Finally, this research proposes the new ways to improve the level of technological innovation in SMEs according to the conclusion of the Investigation and the resource of the enterprises.
