摘要
目的观察鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法采用鸦胆子油乳联合紫杉醇加卡铂化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌23例(治疗组),并设单独紫杉醇加卡铂化疗组22例作对照(对照组或化疗组)。结果治疗组客观疗效与化疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在改善症状,提高生活质量、体重、减轻化疗药物的不良反应方面优于化疗组(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌客观疗效与化疗组相当,但能改善症状,提高生活质量、体重、减轻化疗药物的不良反应。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined paclitaxol and carboplatin in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 23 patients of advanced non-small cell lung cancer received therapy of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined paclitaxol and carboplatin. 22 patients as contrast group just received treatment of paclitaxol and carboplatin. The efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The efficacy of two groups had no significance （P〈0.05）. But Brucea Javanica oil emulsion could relieve the symptom and side effects of chemotherapy and increase body weight（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Using Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined paclitaxol and carboplatin has the similar efficacy with chemotherapy of pacilitaxol plus carboplatin for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. But it is superior to the latter in relieving side effects and improving living quality.
