摘要
基于非接触式超声波探伤原理,研发出一套针对大型回转体的超声波自动化探伤系统。该系统综合应用多项技术,实现了探伤自动化,代替了耗时、耗力的人工探伤方式,产生了很大的经济效益。系统硬件结构包括信号采集、机械定位和压力供油3个部分;软件部分主要在VC++.NET环境下实现上位机编程,实现整个系统的控制和管理功能。系统自动化程度高,效率高。
A set of automatic ultrasonic testing system for the huge rotatable axle was researched, based on non-contact ultrasonic testing theory. In the system, several techniques were applied to make automation in practice possible, instead of exhausting manpower. The hardware system included three parts, signal collecting, mechanical positioning and oil providing system. The software was mainly written with upper computer in VC ++. NET environment ; and realized controlling and managing functions of the whole system. The system is efficient and of high automatization and efficiency.
