摘要
针对目前大型回转件检测效率低、判伤难、无记录和人为影响大等缺点,进行大型回转件超声波自动化探伤技术研究,设计开发了一套多系统融合、智能化的超声波自动化探伤系统。介绍了系统的工作原理和自动化探伤系统的总体实施方案,并详细地进行了机械支撑系统的结构设计。该系统的研制能够大大提高大型件的探伤精度和效率,为大型工件自动化探伤设备的研制奠定机构学理论与应用技术基础,对提高相关机械产品的自主设计、创新和国际竞争能力具有重要意义。
presented an automatic ultrasonic testing system of multi- system integration and intelligent automation which can be used to inspect large rotary parts and can solve many problems produced by traditional test such as low efficiency,difficult to judge,have no record and easily influenced by manual operation. The principle of system and the overall program of automatic testing were introduced and the structure design for mechanical support system was carried out exhaustively. The success of the automatic testing system will greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of ultrasonic testing. More significance is it will be able to fill our country gaps in the field of automatic testing,establish the basis of agency theory and application of technology of the automatic testing equipment. Those will have a very important role in improving our own mechanical products design,innovation and international competitiveness.
