摘要
目的:研究红景天苷对麻醉犬脑循环及大鼠全脑缺血再灌注的影响。方法:以电磁流量计测定麻醉犬颈内动脉和椎动脉的血流量,用多导生理记录仪记录血压、心率(HR)的变化;采用Pulsinelli四动脉结扎法略加改良制作大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,记录脑电图(EEG)和翻正反射恢复时间以及脑组织匀浆伊文思蓝(EB)含量。结果:静脉滴注红景天苷(8,4,2mg/kg)能明显增加麻醉犬的脑血流量(CBF)和降低脑血管阻力(CVR)对平均动脉压(MAP)和HR无明显影响;静脉注射红景天苷(24,12,6mg/kg)能明显缩短全脑缺血再灌注大鼠EEG和翻正反射恢复时间,降低脑匀浆EB含量。结论:红景天苷可通过增加CBF和降低CVR改善脑血液循环,并且对全脑缺血再灌注有明显的保护作用。
Aim:To study the effects of salidroside on cerebral circulation of the anesthetized dogs and total cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats. Methods: Blood flows of both arteria vertebralis and arteria carotis intema were measured by electromagnetic flowmeter. The changes of the blood pressure and heart rate(I-JR)was investigated by the multichannels polygraph-recording system. Modified Pulsinelli four-vessel occlusion method was used to prepare the model of ischemia/reperfusion in rats. The time of electroencephalogram (EEG) and righting reflex recovery, as well as Evans blue (EB) content in the homogenate of the brain tissues were recorded. Results: Salidroside at the dose of 8,4, and 2 mg/kg remarkably increased the cerebral blood flow (CBF) and decreased the cerebral vascular resistance(CVR) of the anesthetized dogs. It also obviously shortened the time of EEG and righting reflex recovery. Reduced EB content in the homogenate was also found. Conclusion: Salidroside has evident protective effects on the brain blood circulation of anesthetized dogs and total cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats.
