红景天苷对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠时间影响的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察红景天苷对戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠时间的影响。方法:本实验采用延长戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠时间的实验,研究红景天苷镇静催眠的药理作用。翻正反射消失即睡眠开始,实验指标为睡眠潜伏期和睡眠持续时间。结果:红景天苷能明显缩短戊巴比妥钠(55mg/kg,i.p.)所致小鼠睡眠的睡眠潜伏期和显著延长睡眠持续时间。结论:红景天苷具有明显的镇静催眠作用,且量效关系显著。
