摘要
人们对组织与环境关系认识的转变反映了组织所处社会环境变迁的过程。通过对不同历史时期不同学派组织存续理论的回顾,文章认为组织所处的技术和制度环境既是组织活动客观作用的结果,又直接影响组织的存续;适应环境的组织能够获得技术和制度溢出收益并成功推动环境的变迁,组织在与环境的共同演化中得以存续。
The transform of people's analyzing the relationship between organizations and environments reflects the changing process of organizational social environments. Through analyzing different scholars ' theories of the evolving of organizations in different historical times, this paper maintains that technical and systematical environments are the objective results of organizational activities, and the evolving of organizations is determined directly by technical and systematical environments. This paper also considers that organizations adapting to environments can not only obtain technical and systematical extra profits but also successfully promote the changing of environments. Organizations will evolve in the course of co-evolution of organizations and environments.
