摘要
采用PVA水溶性纤维作黏结剂与纤维素纤维﹑合成纤维混合抄造碱锰电池隔膜纸,研究了干燥温度﹑湿纸张水分、干燥压力﹑PVA水溶性纤维加入状态和加入量等因素对电池隔膜纸性能的影响。结果表明:采用水溶温度为80℃的PVA水溶性纤维作黏结剂,在干燥温度95℃、湿纸张水分60%、同时施加一定压力时,PVA水溶性纤维可以发挥良好的黏结作用,可以得到吸碱性能良好﹑物理强度高的电池隔膜纸。另外,对PVA水溶性纤维作一定的预溶胀处理有利于发挥其黏结作用,提高电池隔膜纸性能。
The separator of alkaline manganese battery was manufactured by using PVA water soluble fiber, cotton pulp and synthetic fiber in this paper. The conditions of drying process such as temperature of drying, moisture content and pretreatment conditions were optimized. The result showed that the suitable moisture content is 60%, the best temperature of drying is from 90℃ to 95℃, the suitable temperature of pretreatment is 50℃. The proper pressure should be applied in the drying process to improve the properties. The pretreatment of PVA fibers with hot water is necessary.
