摘要
目的研究正常成人前臂尺动脉、桡动脉的彩色多普勒超声表现及正常值。方法利用二维超声及彩色多普勒超声对50例正常成人100条手臂的尺动脉、桡动脉进行超声探测,测量解剖学和血流动力学参数。结果获得正常成人尺动脉、桡动脉的多项超声测值及频谱形态。结论正常成人尺动脉、桡动脉自近心端向远心端内径逐渐变细,收缩期峰值流速递减,血流频谱曲线表现为双向三峰、单向双峰、单向三峰以及其他种类,由近心端至远心端双向三峰所占比例逐渐下降。彩色多普勒超声可以帮助诊断血管病变。
Objeetive To study color Doppler uhrasonographie findings of forearm ulnar artery and radial artery in normal adult. Methods The anatomic and hemodynamie parameters of ulnar artery and radial artery in 100 forearm of 50 normal subjects were detected by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler sonography. Results A number of ultrasound measurement values and spectral shape of ulnar artery and radial artery were obtained in normal subjects. Conclusions The diameter of ulnar artery and radial artery narrow down gradually from the proximal end to the distal end. The top blood flow speed decrease during vascular contraction period. The flow spectrum curve demonstrated two-way and trimodal, one - way and bimodal,one-way and trimodal, or other types. The ratio of two-way and trimodal gradually decrease from the proximal end to the distal end. Color Doppler ultrasound is helpful to the diagnosis of vascular disease.
