摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在老年上肢动脉病变中的应用。方法对我院2008～2012年92例临床怀疑上肢动脉病变的老年患者进行上肢动脉彩超检查结果进行总结。结果 92例上肢动脉彩超检查均有不同程度的动脉硬化表现,包括动脉硬化斑块、动脉扭曲、动脉硬化狭窄、动脉闭塞等多种改变。其中单纯动脉硬化26例,伴血管扭曲8例,表现为内膜增厚伴斑块形成未造成管腔狭窄28例,伴上肢动脉狭窄20例,上肢动脉硬化闭塞5例,急性动脉栓塞3例,动脉瘤1例,胸廓出口综合征1例。结论 CDFI对老年人上肢动脉病变的诊断具有实用性,是诊断老年人上肢动脉病变的重要手段。
Objective To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound in elderly patients with upper extremity arterial diseases. Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with clinical suspicion of upper limb arterial diseases from 2008 to 2012 were emrolled,and were examined by artery color Doppler. Results Ninety-two cases carried out upper limb artery color Doppler ultrasound examination and presented varying degrees of arteriosclerosis, including the atherosclerotic plaque, arterial tortuosity, arterial stenosis, arterial occlusion and other changes. There were 26 cases of simple atherosclerosis, 8 cases of buckling of vessel, 28 cases of intimal thickening with plaque not causing stenosis, 20 cases of upper limb artery stenosis, 5 cases of upper extremity arterial sclerosis occlusion, 3 cases of acute artery embolism, 1 case of aneurysm, and 1 case of thoracic outlet syndrome. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound plays a practical and important role on diagnosing upper limb arterial diseases in elderly patients.
