摘要
目的:研究益胃消增胶囊对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠胃黏膜前列腺素E2和血清胃动素的影响。方法:本实验将100只W istar雄性大鼠随机分为7组:正常对照组,模型组、自然恢复组、维霉素对照组、三九胃泰对照组、益胃消增胶囊低剂量组及高剂量组。除正常对照组外,其余各组大鼠经综合造模法成功复制出CAG动物模型后,施加相关治疗因素1个月,对各组大鼠胃黏膜前列腺素E2、血清胃动态指标的变化进行观察。结果:益胃消增胶囊能升高胃黏膜前列腺素E2,降低异常升高的血清胃动素。结论:益胃消增胶囊能够增强胃黏膜保护因素,调节胃肠道激素的分泌。
Objective. To observe the effect of Yiwei Xiaozeng Capsule（YWC） on the Gelevel of MTL and PGE2 in rats model of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis. Methods .We divided 100 male big Wister rats into seven groups at random：normal control group, model group, naurral recovery group, WeiMeiSu control group, SanJiuWeiTai conrtol group,low - dose YWX group and high - dose YWX group. Exceprt normal control group, other groups was established membrane method synthetically, when the model was established successfully, all rats were treated with different method a month. Then, all the rats were sacrificed, their blood and strmaches were collect to detect the Gelevel of MTL and PGE20. Results ：The capsule can raise the level of PGE2 ,and can reduce the unusual rising serum level of MTL. Conclusion ： YiWei XiaoZeng Capsule can strengthen the mechanism of protecting the stomach mucous membrane and regulate the secretion of the hormone of the intestines and stomach.
