摘要
应用文献计量学的方法,对《公共管理学报》(以下简称《学报》)2006年—2007年发表的论文的篇幅区间、署名情况、作者构成、引文情况进行了统计;分析了载文的内容和研究方法;参照2004年—2005年《学报》的统计数据,并与四种管理类期刊的相关数据进行了对比、分析。结果显示:《学报》四年来形成了独立、自由,严格恪守学术规范、规范研究与实证研究相结合的学术风格。在统计整理四年来《学报》载文关键词的基础上,得出了有待完善的公共管理研究主题词表,为厘清公共管理研究的"问题域"打下了初步基础。通过对《学报》质量控制体系的解读,得出:《学报》四年来的进步和成就绝非偶然,一个比较成熟的质量控制体系是《学报》生存和发展的基础。
By utilizing documental methodology, this paper takes statistical analysis on the length, the author and the citation and then analyzes the content and research methodology of the papers in the journal of Public Management. Comparing the statistic data on the Journal of Public Management during 2004-2005 with the related data of four managerial journals, this paper points out that the Journal of Public Management has formed its own academic style, combing normal analysis with empirical analysis during the last four years. After statistically analyzing the key words of the papers in the Journal of Public Management, the research topics to be improved in the field of public management have been handled out, contributing to clearing the 'problem field' of the Journal of Public Management. Exploring the quality control of the papers in the Journal of Public Management, it is shown that the development and success of the Journal of Public Management are the fruit of relatively mature quality control system, which is also the premise of the survivorship and development of the Journal of Public Management.
