摘要
采用Hypersil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇–水(体积比3∶1)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm,测定50%甲基嘧啶磷乳油中的甲基嘧啶磷含量,变异系数为0.34%,平均回收率为99.6%。
Using chromatographic column of Hypersil C18 （150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）, methanol-water （volume ratio of 3 ： 1） as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, detection at 254 nm, the content of 50% pirimiphos-methyl EC was determinated. The coefficient of variation was 0.34%, the average recovery rate was 99.6%.
