摘要 Lactoferricin是一种天然抗菌肽。试验进行了Lactoferricin基因的PCR合成,将其引入质粒,转化E.coliJM-109,并进行PCR鉴定、酶切鉴定及测序,成功构建了Lactoferricin基因克隆载体T-Lfn。 Lactoferricin is a kind of natural antibacterial peptide. In this study, the Lactoferricin gene was synthesized with PCR, linked with the plasmid of pMD18-T Vector, and transformed into E.coli JM-109. The identifications of PCR, enzymical degestion and sequencing were carried out, and the cloning vector of T-Lfn was successfully constructed.
