摘要
用双层平板法从土壤中分离到4株具有广谱抑菌活性的菌株,利用琼脂扩散法测定其对鼠伤寒沙门菌、大肠杆菌、福氏志贺菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉菌的抑菌能力,筛选其中抑菌能力最强的菌株命名为JZ4。菌液上清分别经过盐析、透析或与蛋白酶作用后测定其抑菌能力,发现该抑菌物质中含有肽类物质。经16S r DNA序列比对,初步鉴定其为侧孢短芽孢杆菌。
In this study, 4 strains with broad- spectrum antibacterial activity were isolated from soil with double-plate method, and the inhibition activity against Salmonella typhimurium, E.coli, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus,and Aspergillus niger were determined by agar diffusion method. 1 strain named JZ4 with greater inhibition zone was identified. Salting-out, dialysis and protease experiment were carried out and then preliminary determined that the antibiotics were antibacterial peptide. According to the sequence of 16 S r DNA, strain JZ4 were identified as Brevibacillus laterosporus.
