基于64位MIPS微处理器的低成本系统解决方案

摘要 针对目前支持64位MIPS微处理器的64位北桥价格昂贵,功能单一的问题,提出了增加FPGA作为64位CPU和32位北桥之间的总线转换方案,缩减了系统成本,丰富了功能。最后对系统的整体性能进行了测试,对测试结果的分析表明,系统能够满足多种电子系统开发的需要。 Now 64-bit North Bridge which supports 64-bit MIPS microprocessor has expensive cost and few functions.This paper proposes a new system solution in which FPGA is added as the bus switch card between 64-bit CPU and 32-bit North Bridge,and the new solution has lower cost and more functions.There is the testing of the whole performance of new system in the paper at last and the result of it shows that the system can satisfy the need of the development of many circuit systems.
