思美泰联合熊去氧胆酸治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症疗效观察被引量：15

摘要目的探讨思美泰联合熊去氧胆酸治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的临床效果。方法将64例ICP孕妇随机分成2组,治疗组34例予思美泰1 g/d静点、熊去氧胆酸250 mg 2次/d口服;对照组30例予熊去氧胆酸250mg 2次/d口服。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,治疗前3 d均予地塞米松静推促胎肺成熟。结果治疗后治疗组瘙痒评分明显改善(P<0.05),血胆酸及转氨酶含量明显下降(P<0.05)。2组在早产率、羊水混浊、新生儿窒息、剖宫产率方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而在新生儿体质量方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论思美泰联合熊去氧胆酸治疗ICP安全有效,可部分改善围生儿预后。
