摘要
在河南省2109个乡镇级空间单元分层抽样基础上,选取了能代表不同类型的5个行政村580家农户进行了为期20多天的调查,从农户微观个体视角对比分析了在村域内部农户对住房资源投资的区位及其变化。结果显示:在广大农区,农户对住房资源的投资区位目前仍以老宅为主;农户经济实力及其变化对住房的建造与修缮有着决定性影响;农户选择宅基地资源的空间有限,这与农户的家庭收入、家庭成员结构、传统思想、投资观念、周围环境、农村宅基地制度等密切有关;农户原有住宅偏小、家庭小型化是农户住房资源投资区位变化的主要原因。调查发现,农区的农户对住房投资区位有向村庄边缘和交通线迁移的趋势。不同环境条件下农户对住房资源投资区位的差异,可以为村域发展规划与整理,以及社会主义新农村建设提供建议。
Rural development is Significant for China＇s overall modernization. This paper aims to probe into rural development in Henan province. About 2109 towns in Henan province were classified into 11 categories by economic development level, landform, traffic condition and agriculture structure. Through hierarchical sampling, 11 villages were selected to conduct field survey. Totally 580 rural households out of five administrative villages were visited. At present, more and more rural surplus labor force is going to urban area for job and their family income is increasing year after year. Rural family structure is presenting a downsizing tendency. The increased number of households poses increased demand for settlement. Therefore, this paper studies rural settlement location from perspective of individual household. The results showed that presently the priorities of location selection for house construction in large villages have been given to the site of old house. The decision of location selection for house construction is affected by such factors as family income, member structure, traditional culture, investment idea and surrounding environment. However, the effect of these factors is not very big. Most rural households are satisfied with their current resident location. They do not want to migrate somewhere else. However, the location of rural households willing to invest for house construction is spreading toward village margin area and alongside the road. Rural household is affected by landform and traffic condition at village level. Rural households in mountainous and upland area prefer to settle in places where traffic condition is better, while rural households in plain prefer to settle in the places where the natural location is better. Analysis of the differences of rural settlement locations would provide references to the villagelevel planning.
