摘要
扶贫顶岗实习支教涉及到教育观念的更新。应处理好三个关系:教育与社会的关系,理论与实践的关系,知识与能力的关系。树立四个观念,即为社会服务、以实践为标准的教育观,有字之书与无字之书相结合的知识观,全面发展、有实践创新精神的人才观,以培养实践能力为主的教学观。
Poverty- relief and replacement teaching concerns about the renewing eduacaltional ideas： Three relations should be well dealt with：education and society, theory and practice, Knowledge and ability. Four opinions should be set up：service the society. Educational opinions on practice,the knowledge of books and practice. Overall development, the spirit of concreation the teaching opinion of practing ability.
