摘要
目的:了解高等教育大众化阶段影响临床实习教学质量的因素。方法:以调查问卷的形式调查80名实习医生。结果:认为目前临床实习教学质量及实习轮转安排模式一般的占55.8%,在实习期间准备考研的占64.9%。实习7个月后对换药术的掌握率达到71.4%,对其他的临床操作掌握率均小于50%。认为书写病历对实习有帮助的仅为48.1%。结论:调查结果显示临床教师的教学和实习医生学习的积极性下降,临床教学资源相对缺乏是影响当前临床实习教学质量的主要因素。
Objectives ： In order to investigate the factors influencing the quality of clinical medical teaching during the period of mass higher education. Methods： 80 interns were investigated by questionnaire. Results： 55.8% interns consider the quality of clinical medical teaching and practice plan are common. 64.9% interns are ready to attend the post-graduate entrance examination. After 7 months clinical practice, 71.4% interns mastered the procedure of dressing change and less than 50% of the interns mastered the procedure of the other basic clinical skills. Only 48.1 % of the interns consider the writing case history helpful to their clinical practice study. Conclusion： The data show that the lack of teachers＇ and interns＇ enthusiasm and the short of clinical bedside teaching resources are the main factors that impact the quality of clinical medical practice.
